I loved this book from beginning to end.
The same main characters are there from the previous books and are so well written that it feels like meeting back up with old friends.
The ballroom is not open again after the fire that ended the last book and the dancers are so excited to dance on the new spring flooring, Frank Nettleton, though not employed as a dancer dreams of one day getting the chance to also dance on it although Mr Charles,the main man in the hotel doesn’t entertain his ideas.
A lot of secrets are being played out in this book, all of which will change lives completely, but for better or worse?
There is talk of World War II coming and one of the employees are trusted to do some listening in and to feed back to Mr Charles but after a nasty accident their is more that is unveiled, Billy finds that Mr Charles has more work for him which is more dangerous.
On a happier note,Nancy Nettleton and Raymond De Guise have a wedding to plan but will it all go as it is meant to?
