I'm certainly extremely late to writing this review, as it is currently April and I read this during the Christmas period last year. This book left me a little underwhelmed, but I had even lower expectations than what I truly read so I cannot really complain. The characters were quite bland and had basic personality traits, but it did make the novel more easy to read and quite relaxing so I suppose it wasn't too much of a problem, although I do think the story needed a bit more thinking behind it before being published to the public. This reminded me a bit of the classic hallmark Christmas movies, which I usually only watch to mock everything that is happening in it, as it is quite amusing most of the time. This book was better but I would still say it falls under the same category of plot, but overall it was a good and easy read and it deserves 4 stars.
