I really enjoyed this book, and particularly the cross between downtown Abbey and the savoy! It was like a taste of luxury from a bygone era! Which is just what you want from a good book, somewhere to escape to! If you like glamour and luxury all wrapped up with some Christmas cheer then this is a book for you! You’ll be wanting the decorations up, the tree lit, a big fluffy blanket, a mulled wine and a mince pie in no time.
With the hustle and bustle of the hotel setting and back drop of the festive season, the arrival of the guests and the secrets they all seem to hold will definitely have you immersed with the glamour and the ambience. I couldn’t put this one down. Certainly a comfy cosy book ready to get you in the Christmas spirit. I honestly csnt recommend this one enough!
It should be noted that this is the third book in the series. I haven't read the previous two but I was still able to enjoy this one. Although I think it would be good to read the first two books as well!
