I received a pre-release hardback copy of A Memory for Murder and it is one of the best books I have ever read within the crime and mystery genre.

In this exciting third part of the revered Selma Falck series, the plot only thickens in an encompassing array of twists and turns. Holt creates such a realistic atmosphere through her voice and skill, this novel is simply a masterpiece which had me hooked from beginning to end.

You won't be able to put this book down, I was hooked from the start.
Everything, from the pace to the character development and defiance of traditional archetypes, is awe inspiring. Holt never once falls into the category of 'cliché' or dull, and, while action packed, A Memory for Murder maintains a mature, sophisticated atmosphere and reading experience.

This novel is one I'd recommend to anyone, whether you read daily or haven't picked up a book in years! I am excited to read more of the series!
