Third
This book is the third in a series - there are references to previous books. And you can tell from peoples relationships that things have happened that aren’t really explained.
However you can read this as a stand a lone. Not knowing those details does not detract from the story.
I did enjoy the storyline. It was thrilling. And I liked how the 3 methods of murder were linked to the murderers reasons for doing everything.
I did guess who was behind it all before it was revealed. But this again didn’t spoil the story.
I liked the story running alongside with the stalker. I didn’t guess who that was. So this was a shocker. And how he actually helped in the end.
Thrilling story. But I wasn’t very keen on all the references to places I didn’t know. I realise it is based in Norway and was even written original in Norwegian but that was a little off putting.
Overall an interesting and captivating read.
