Even though I haven't read the previous book, Hitler's Secret, I still enjoyed this first impression. I felt like there was obviously some back-story with Wilde that I was missing out on, but that this could still be read as a standalone novel. With a suicide on a train and the death of a Duke, the opening 3 chapters are quite eventful and leave you wanting to read on. I like the cover, it is simple yet striking.
