A prince and a spy by Rory Clements gives a profound and skillful insight into the terrible and frightening campaign by the Nazi party to eradicate the Jewish population of Europe in the 1930's and 1940's.

I found the execution of this account to be both fascinating and so well done that I read the book with "a can't put it down attitude".

Having followed the exploits of professor Tom Wilde thus far in Roy Clements books it makes me want to read on and on well past the last page.

It would seem that in this book, it having been based on fact, with the involvement of the Princes and others of note, at the time, I found these facts that have been woven into the story to be exciting and profoundly moving

All the characters were both believable and threaded through the plot very skillfully.

I shall most certainly keep an eye out for a subsequent professor Tom Wilde adventures with eager anticipation.
