I will be the first to admit that historical fiction really isn’t my thing; no matter how hard I try, I just can’t take to it. This meant that I probably wasn’t going to enjoy the first look for this one.
That being said; it’s very well written; the characters are well established from the start and very likeable. It definitely makes you want to read on.
