Having waited an age for this to arrive, got to say I throughly enjoyed reading it. I have previously read a couple of books in this series so was quite familiar with the brogan family already. What I really liked is that we get to know queenies back story and get to know her a little better , and what a joy it was too. It was quite a surprise to find out that Jeremiah is in fact Patrick’s son as I can’t remember that been mentioned in the previous ones I have read but it puts a twist in the story, it was also good that we get see the rest of family going through the last bit of the war and how they got through it together , love that the girls and Charlie are all now settled with there own families , I am hoping there will be more in this series to see how Micheal, billy and Victoria get on through life aswell as all the new family members. Brilliant continuation of this series
