I was lucky enough to win a copy of an earlier book in this series, A Ration Book Childhood, and enjoyed it so much I bought the earlier one. Now we have another sequel of the lives of the Brogan family and their neighbors in the East End of London. Lives of hardship and danger, one my mother lived through and one that I, hopefully, will never know. And from the title it seems there's going to be a wedding.... exciting!
