This was a good read. The authors vocabulary was descriptive and easy going so the story flowed really well. The front cover was eye catching and unusual.

The main characters Esther and Jonah were believable and even if you weren’t experiencing similar things in your own life you could still empathise with them.

The story centred around Jonah trying to help Esther face her fears, he decides that he will film her endeavours so that she can witness how far she has come. As with all the best laid plans something goes awry but the quest to face all fears goes ahead. Ultimately things are resolved which I was pleased about. I would have liked to have seen the images that were captured (and described in text) by the camera.

“.... everyone dies, whether they live in fear or not.” I choose not to, well try my best not to. A good read, I shall look out for other books by this author.
