The cover immediately intrigued me as it's wonderfully illustrated. The avocado with a with a Santa's hat was absolutely adorable!
The blurb of the book definitely made me giggle as it's a very funny, quirky type of novel. The author is brilliant at bringing a smile to peoples faces. It's laid out and written very well. It certainly defies convention and I feel highlights a growing number of people’s actual genuine and honest thoughts over a lot of Christmas traditions.
I certainly know that it uplifted my mood as the Christmas season was very different this year. It's got a lot of funny but good messages throughout the book. There's also a lot of research and facts put in this book which makes it much more interesting and enjoyable for readers. I'd totally recommend this book for readers of all ages who certainly don't like Christmas.
