After reading the blurb and the first look of this book I was very much looking forward to finally getting around to reading the full story. Unfortunately, I was left slightly disappointed and underwhelmed.
I went keen on the authors writing style nor of their characterisation. I didn’t warm to any of the characters in particular Caroline the main one. I found her selfish and irritating and I found my attention and concentration wavering throughout different parts of the book. The beginning didn’t hook me or draw me in , my interest picked up a little bit towards the middle of the story but by the time I came to the end of the book I had lost interest completely and wasn’t bothered in regards to how the story ended.
