Straight from the start this has been engaging, intriguing and emotional. I was feeling all of her emotions throughout. There are a couple of smaller stories going on in her life, played out from within the larger story, but each one ties up with the last to keep the reader engaged and flowing on.
I think the first person narrative is perfect for this style and helps capture the feelings even more. The plot thickens very quickly and the pages just seem to roll by. The use of characters, and details to explain the characters are very realistic and I found it so easy to choose which characters I would and wouldn't like. The descriptions of the characters surroundings were very well presented. Can't wait to read the rest!!
