Basic
As a Royal Family enthusiast I found this a rather interesting insight into the family remembers and the odd facts extremely funny (and realistic).
The story line however is rather is childish and I had to put on a huge effort to stay not only focused but interested in the plot.
The writing is very basic and overall disappointing.
I bought the book expecting a light and uplifting read, but it is truly feels like a bedtime story (in all senses).
I do need to raise a toast for having dedicate this to the late Duke of Edinburgh. This introduction act couldn’t have predicted such an imaginary and out of touch of story.
Even though I am not the biggest fans of crime books, which has most definitely biased my opinion, as an avid reader, I am more than able to recognise a good mystery and give credit where credit’s due.
Unfortunately this is not the case.
