This was such a delightful mystery book. This time, Queen asked Rozie to find out about the painting used to hang outside of Queen's bedroom. Simultaneously, there was a death in a palace. Is it an accident? Why the poison-pen letters?
I enjoyed learning about life in the palace along the way of the mystery. It's a murder solving plot but it has some charming side story and I love it. My favourite is Her Majesty and cupboard😂 It gave me a good laugh. I also enjoyed reading about the relationship between the Queen and Philip. They are so lovely!
This is a well-paced whodunit mystery. I wish there were more highlights and humour as I felt a bit flat compared to the first book.
I've heard there will be a third book and I'm excited for it!
