I haven’t yet finished this book but from what I have read so far I am loving it. I found this book while looking on amazon and hadn’t heard anyone talk about it so thought I would give it a shot. The cover is BEAUTIFUL and so is the writing style. I can’t seem to put the book down.
I wasn’t sure if this book was a retelling of swan lake or inspired by it but I don’t think it really matters and not knowing the story shouldn’t stop you from reading the book.
If there is one thing I love about this book, it’s the characters. The main character Aderyn father dies but becomes bold, brave and is very well developed. Everything she does you truly believe she would actually do which helps bring her to life more. Throughout the book she has to prove herself when she is told she cannot do what she needs to do but she doesn’t give up.
If this book is available to you I would recommend picking it up!
