This was a well written fantasy and one of the better YA fantasy books I have read. I also think it would have crossover appeal to adult readers as well. I enjoy books where a young woman must hold her own in A court of more powerful and older men. I also love stories with lots of mystery and political intrigue so this was perfect for me. Solid world building and good character development also ensured that this was an enjoyable read. Recommended if you like fantasy novels.
