I've loved the previous books I've read by this author, especially The Lost Lights of St Kilda and The Good Doctor of Warsaw, and from the opening chapters this one sounds just as good. That first chapter really grabbed my interest and the period the book is set in is one of my favourites. I really can't wait to read this.
