I really loved the concept of this book and when I read the first glance, I had to read it. The writing style was quirky and it made me think of it hitting the YA genre and style of writing (which I like).

It took me a while to get into the book because I read it during lockdown and at times my mind wandered to other things (not because I didn’t like the book because I did)and the repeating of events made me question if I was at the right part.

However, once I got used to the style of writing, I really enjoyed reading the different options and outcomes. It really hammers home how important our words and actions are, as it can affect people and events.

I really liked how multi-faceted Adelaide was and how each varied scenario made the reader see a different side to her. Each one being one that the reader could relate to and empathise with.

It’s definitely a book to get you thinking and worth a read!
