Let me first start off with the cover of the book. The artwork is so simple yet elegant and striking... definitely a book I would pick up due to how beautiful the cover is. The blurb provides a great insight into the basis of the book and in itself invites readers to join Adelaide in her story. Adelaide seems like such a relatable character which is good for young readers who wants a book they can immerse themselves in and relate to. The beginning could be a little confusing but it does start making more sense as you go along. The writing style is very easy to read and makes it all the more engaging... the perfect book to get you out of a reading slump if you want something short and easy yet interesting. The book brings to light a lot of different issues in the world which makes it quite different from normal young adult romance books. I would definitely recommend this book!
