The is a uniquely written novel from the perspective most won’t think to write from.
You witness a murder but you’re completely blind - how can you describe the killer?
This is a fascinating story but sadly I found it somewhat too graphic for my liking. I enjoy a good murder mystery but I tend to skim over the finer details of the gore!
I appreciate the necessity of such details given the character within the novel is blind; therefore such information wouldn’t have been visible to Naomi, so the writer chose to emphasise the difficulty of her perspective in that writing style. However, it’s a bit too ‘real’ for me to enjoy reading something so graphic.
Well written otherwise, just too much detail on the darker scenes for my liking.
