There are a lot of thrillers out there so it’s hard to find one that’s a bit different. This one is and the main witness to crimes is blind.
I enjoyed the concept. The writing style was good. I will definitely read more by Jack Jordan. He kept me guessing. There were twists and turns, especially right at the end. It was unexpected. I have not rated it 5 stars though.
The reason I haven’t rated it higher is not the fault of the author. Like is said, there were twists and turns and it was well written. I just was not hooked. I didn’t find myself rushing to pick it up every spare second I had. I enjoyed it whilst I was reading it and it only took 3 sittings but it just didn’t grip me.
I would recommend the book as it is a good read. I just have been more hooked by books before.
