The book cover caught my attention. I love how simple the design is, the beautiful pink rose and the green trainers. Instantly i thought of my Great Nan, as she always loved pink roses and then i went on to read the rest of the cover and it said 'how do you repay a mother's love'! oh wow! This book already had me gripped and feeling emotional before i even read the description.
I then went on to read the description at the back of the book and oh my! it was honestly emotional! A son wants to help his mother after she has been there for him, is truly brilliant.
I love how the author; Madeleine has made Scott use Youtube, showing that this is now the time to be doing that rather than using the dating apps!!
This book just seems so emotional and one that i would pick up in the bookshop however, seeing that the book has some distressing news honestly makes me feel a bit sad, as i would want to see this family with happy and good news!
