I'm a huge fan of Andrew Michael Hurley's gothic novels and, having read the intriguing, highly atmospheric introductory chapters of 'Black Mamba', I'm already convinced that William Friend's novel will prove to be an equally impressive literary debut. In fact, so convinced that I've used my points to claim it so am now looking forward to reading it!
