I love anything to do with history and this book was wow from the very beginning.
The author has done some excellent research and it reads fantastic.
Some parts i found quite difficult, but as you read further it falls into place.
The characters come alive in your mind and you are actually there in the book, when its like this you know that the author knows what they are doing.
I look forward to many more books from him
The era that its set in is amazing, he explains all the characters so you get a feeling of each and everyone. The story itself is very smooth.
