I really wanted to read Confessions of a forty something f##k up, but I didn't secure a winning place. However I would like to thank Pan Macmillian for sending me a proof copy to read and review.

I absolutely loved reading every page of Confessions of a forty Something f##k up ! Its addictive and so very funny. I haven't laughed so much for a long time and I can't remember a book that had me smiling in lots of scenes.

Nell Stevens is a great character that I enjoyed reading about. Nell thought she had her life complete with her Instagram filled with #Imsoblessed and #livingmybest life.

I did feel sorry for Nell as her business went bust and her relationship with her boyfriend ended. Nell seems to think that all her friends have the perfect life, married with babies, and Nell is back with her mum living in her old bedroom.

I loved the idea Nell writing down in a notebook everything she was greatful for. I thought Alexandra Potter came up with a very interesting idea.

Will Nell Steven's life turn around when she is forced move from California to London sharing a flat with a married man, who has a ring binder full of rules that Nell has to abide by.

Alexander is one my favourite authors after reading Love from Paris, that I also gave five stars too and recommend.

Please don't miss Confessions of a forty something f##k up, as it is a fabulous friend of a book for women who enjoy reading books with humour and a character you want the best in life for.
