'Courtney's war' was another cracking read by Wilbur Smith, a brilliant edition to the Courtney saga. This year I have read more by Wilbur Smith than any other author, and I was particularly pleased to be able to review his latest novel, co wrote with David Churchill. This book was true to the authors style, it was fast paced, with a captivating plot, and characters I enjoyed reading about. The plot and setting was clearly researched deeply, and you can feel that whilst through the book. I thoroughly enjoyed 'Courtney's war', I wold recommend this book to a friend, and I would also recommend other Wilbur Smith books, they are well worth the read, I can't wait until the next one. Fantastic story teller.
