After having read the first book, I was looking forward to reading the sequel and seeing if my questions would be answered and luckily they were. The plot was easy to follow and characters were interesting. I would say that overall this was a solid sequel preparing for the third novel in the series.
Although I did not find the characters very likeable in this book, I did find it interesting to learn a little more about them. Each gave its own part to the story and helped bring it altogether and wrap it up nicely for the third instalment. Although I am not a massive fan of the story and plot itself, it was nice and easy to follow and it came as an easy quick read to increase my reading count.
Overall i think it was a good sequel and would recommend it if you’re looking for an easy quick read.
