I absolutely loved Maestra - the first book in this series by L S Hilton - and was really looking forward to this one, hoping it wouldn't disappoint and it would still live up to the hype of the first book. Thank goodness it didn't disappoint!
This book is full of even more twists and turns and takes you deeper into the dark underworld of Art History, as well as going further afield into new places all over Europe. Totally recommend! I can't wait for the third book to come out as well.
It's also really refreshing to finally read a book where the woman has control over men and uses it to her advantage, whilst still having well written characters and an interesting plot. I dread and can not wait at the same time to find out what Judith gets up to next!
