Reading the first pages, I thought - probably another boring thriller - OMG! how wrong I was! A well-written, heart-gripping beginning, strong opening to the story, I discovered the following unexpected and terrifying secrets with each paragraph. Unbelievable! I am so intrigued about what will happen next. I do not remember the synopsis, and I do not want to - I want to discover the subsequent twists in that story, and I am sure there will be more surprises.
Brilliantly written, I never read anything from Karin Sluaghter, and that was a mistake. Usually, it is hard to write (and later read...) the scenes that are happening in a split second, I read many 'squeezed moments, but here in False Witness, I am delighted how the author writes it, not disturbing the action. Well done!
