This book was set in a time of covid which for many can be relating. I loved this book for many reasons; it was a real page-turner, an amazing plot and a beautiful front cover. This was my first Karin Slaughter book and I can definitely say I would read another stand alone from her again.
The very last couple of chapters had me crying so hard as I got so attached to different characters and to see their lives turn out how they did it made me upset.
Needless to say, False Witness was a divine piece of work. Karin Slaughter has a way with words and an amazing writing style. Once again, a really good page-turner. The book is 400 pages long and quite small text, but that didn't stop me from reading this novel in two days.
All there is left to say is get this book! It's an amazing introduction to Karin Slaughter and overall a spectacular, beautiful novel.
