Was really impressed with this read. I hadn’t read the first in the series, ‘Bloody January’, so was a little worried I would get confused but it was a separate story that was easy to follow. The book was great, a real page turner set against the backdrop of Glasgow so bit of geography thrown in as well. The story starts at the deep end so had me hooked from the beginning, really made me want to finish it, although when I did I wanted more! There was a lot of turns that I didn’t expect and it really made me want to know what had happened and why and the characters were strong so did draw you into the story.
I was so impressed with this book that I will definitely be hunting down more of Alan Parks books in the future.
