Fusing faith, medicine and behaviour Dr. Pile sets out to give us a useful guide to improve our daily living by challenging the idea that physical, spiritual and mental well being are not all separate areas and shows us how to navigate making changes and that will aid us on the path to being "Fit for purpose."
This appeals to me as I read a lot of self help books and his ideas sound refreshing.
