I found this book interesting and helpful to create a healthy lifestyle. Lots of great tips to improve your wellbeing in an easy to understand way. There was quite a few references to god and this may not appeal to those that are not religious and I think perhaps the book would be just as helpful without the reference so it can appeal to everyone as some people maybe put off by this. The section about eating I did hope would be a bit more broader and talk about healthy eating rather than a focus just on dieting/loosing weight. Despite these points though it is a good book to refer to and you can just go to the chapters that are most relevant to you. Some tips maybe common sense but sometimes you need to read these for the realisation that yes they do actually work. I would recommend this as a good self help book I’m not normally one for these types of books but I did find it useful.
