So this wasn't really a book I wanted, but if I win something I always give it a chance.
This isn't normally the sort of book that I would pick but I read it.
It was so different to what I usually read.
It had interesting information and advice, some of it was useful and other parts I found to be complete rubbish.
There were parts that it seemed you were being lectured on, there were some parts that I did find useful. There were even some parts where I had no idea what the hell it was going on about, some parts made sense and other parts didn't.
I caught my husband on several occasions reading the book aloud, I don't know if he was enjoying it or making fun of the book.
I packed it up into a bag for my dad, he will read it, and maybe he will get better use out of it,
You could tell alot of research has gone on in this book.
