This book was my first book that I have read about health and how to get fit. To start with I really liked the way it was sectioned like from chapter to chapter things made more sense but if you would have skipped then you wouldn’t understand some of the points the writer was making. The other thing is that this book had a lot of information and talked about different aspects of things which was interesting to read but some people may get a bit bored of how much there was. However I didn’t mind it since I read research stuff. What I disliked was the fact that the writer was commenting on Christianity a lot in the book so as I am not Christian I didn’t enjoyed it because I didn’t believed what he was quoting on. To add to that it started from the first chapter till the end and I was fed up with the fact that the writer only thought that Christians would be the only readers which disappointed and made me back up a bit since it was more like the book wasn’t written for me. Other than that fact I had say it gives more information on health and life.
