This book is really not for me, it will probably be helpful for some people - but it just doesn't interest me at all. It just isn't my kind of book, I don't find them interesting, sorry.
The purpose of the book is to provide recommendations (through real-life case studies) for ways to improve your physical, mental and spiritual being.
The author starts out by saying that he doesn't read many Christian books, that he finds them a bit 'preachy'; and that he doesn't consider this book to be a Christian book, rather that he considers the book to be about wellbeing 'written by a Christian whose faith, life experience, and clinical expertise inform his understanding of these things.' surely by bringing his faith into the book, it makes this book about faith as well as physical and mental health? (And the blurb states that the book explores being fit for life physically, mentally and spiritually - so which is it? The first two, or all three?)
