The first read for Fledgling was an easy read. It flowed nicely and was a nice story; but for me, that was really it. I did not "get into the story" or feel any curiosity to find out what happened. It struck me as more of a YA Fantansy story than adult read but of course I could be wrong in the full novel. All in all a nice read, nothing enthralling for me.
