A fun page turner
Follow Me is the second book in the Amateurs series and follows a young group of crime solvers as they hunt down a killer called Brett, who they suspect has kidnapped Chelsea, a popular Instagram user.
I haven't read the first book in the series, but this didn't seen to matter as I was quickly introduced to all the characters and I didn't feel I had missed out at all.
The book was a little slow at first but picked up quickly and I found I read through it quite fast.
I liked the social media tie-in to the story, I felt it was quite relevant and realistic to the real world today and how people interact with eachother.
I found the book a little bit too light-hearted considering it features themes of kidnapping and murder, but this didn't stop me enjoying the story.
Overall I enjoyed this book right until the end. It felt a little bit like Famous Five or Secret Seven for adults!
