As a massive fan of Sara Shepard's writing, I was thrilled when I got the chance to read this second book in the Amateurs series.
Having grown up with her Pretty Little Liars series, and the perfectionists which follow a similar storyline, the amateur series pleasantly surprised me. Shepard has kept to the same thriller suspense storyline that we all know and love, however this time around, there is no high school girl drama.
This book series follows the story of Seneca, Maddox and Aerin who are on the hunt to discover the real killer of Aerin's sister Helena. The three met via an online forum where unresolved murder cases are posted for members to try and crack. This book in particular is full of suspense and plot twists that you will not see coming, and a must read for any wannabe detective or Sara Shepard fan.
