Follow me is the Follow-up novel in the Amateurs series by Sara Shepard. Seneca, Aerin, Maddox and Maddison reunite after suspisions lead them to believe that they know who is responsible for the dissapearance of Instagram it girl, Chelsea Dawson. Since they cannot go to the police, Chelsea's last hope lies on the groups hands. Will they find her in time?
I am a huge Sara Shepard fan so I jumped at the chance to read another one of her novels. I will try to review this as a seperate book, not making references to the Pretty Little liars series.
In this novel we have a new mystery involving an extremely smart killer, which I appreciated. There were a lot of plot twists, some of which the average person would not have seen coming. I really enjoyed the story and the romance aspect of it which was not the first priority andit shouldn't, because this is a mystery novel and I liked that more importance was given to the mystery part of it. I found the plot unrealistic at times, but for me that is not really a problem because it's a book, it's enjoyable and I don't mind a bit of exaggeration. The characters were likeable and the reading was easy and fun. I finished it in a couple of days. I also want to mention that I think Shepard's writting has improved througout the years.
Overall, this is an enjoyable read and I would recommend it to YA mystery fans!
