Kate London, who has experience working for the police, has crafted an excellent novel full of believable characters. It is very well written and the narrative keeps your attention as the plot flows towards its conclusion with plenty of twists to surprise you.
The main story is about an undercover police investigation into a criminal network planning to arrest the organisers importing illegal guns. There is also a murder which is being investigated by a different team but involving some of the same criminals causing conflicting timing for interviews and arrests. However the author manages to weave life stories around the main characters that makes you want to find out more.
I have no hesitation in recommending this book. I enjoyed reading it and will be reading more of Kate London’s work.
