I love a good spy thriller and was excited about this from when I first read the blurb. I wasn't disappointed, it's a great book that really kept me guessing right through to the end. Although, I did feel there was something missing somewhat from the ending. I felt it was a very sudden ending, and I would have liked if there was another chapter after just to explain things and round everything off a bit more clearly.

I really enjoyed the start of the book and it was a great way to hook the reader in with what seemed like a devoted grandmother answering the phone and then shooting her husband dead.

I must admit some of the details about the past and Cold War, I did find a little hard to follow but that could be just because I'm not as knowledgeable in that area. One thing I would have really liked in the book is a map of the different places in Sweden just to help bring you into the story and add a bit more context.
