Very good! A stunning debut. The fact that Skördeman is a screenwriter and director shines through. A thrilling ride following Sara a police woman who works to help make changes (as little and insignificant as she thinks them to be) for women who work in the sex trade. We move with Sara as she traverses her past growing up in Uncle Stellans house, donned the grandfather of Sweden. His murder sets up an exciting story with twists and turns from all angles. Sara questions everything she knows from her family, her friends and herself. She find out that everyone’s past is not what she believed it to be including her own. She soon learns out that it really is all secrets and lies in the world of espionage. Would recommend anyone who likes a good detective story, a good female protagonist and an element of historical fiction as well. A strong ending!
