E. Lockhart has me hooked with this extract of her novel Genuine Fraud.
The intriguing plot follows Jule Williams (a very intelligent and skilled orphan with an enigmatic origin story).
Although I’ve read more than a few bad reviews on this novel I’m not going to judge it till I’ve read it from start to finish myself, of course we can’t expect it to be better than We Were Liars, but I hope it isn’t as disappointing as people have said.
The style of writing E.Lockhart used is nothing less than captivating, set much as you would expect a bestseller mystery novel but of course with her own unique twist.
