firstly i must say the front of the cover is very eye capturing, i love the colour yellow and seeing it on this book instantly makes it seem like it will be a good, lighthearted and fun read!
I recommend this book if you want to have a good laugh and escape. Upon reading the first few chapters I will say that the first impressions that i got was i fell in love with the main characters also known as the gogarty family. I must say i loved the grandma the most and everyone who reads this book would too. Aideen was my second favourite character with all her troubles as a teenager i feel like i could relate to her a lot.
I love that it was set in Ireland as most books are set in America. I felt like the description of the places made it seem so adventurous. It also shows that each of the characters have a story of their own and i like that about this book.
