Having always been intrigued by the life this ordinary young woman. who became one of the World’s most iconic figures of this Century. I looked forward enormously to reading this book.
It is well crafted, with a fabulous front cover.
However, I found it a tad too ‘carefully written’, trying too hard not to upset the powers that be I felt.
The stories, though true I’m sure, came across a little whiter than white. There is no doubt Princess Diana was a wonderful and warm human being who, inadvertently, changed the Royal family in a good way. A loving mother who successfully raised two extraordinary young men. This book gives the reader an excellent insight into her personality her achievements and her difficulties. An interesting read.
