Ken Wharfe was Diana's police protection officer for 6 years and this book chronicles some of their time together. There has being a lot written about Diana since her tragic passing in 1997 but this offers a fresh insight as to what her life was really like.
This is a very honest account of travelling with a princess and at no point does Ken portray her as an angel as tends to happen when someone has died. Diana was human and flawed like the rest of us. Yes she could be moody, petulant and throw childish tantrums when she didn't get her own way but she was also a loving mother and was capable of showing the greatest compassion to those most in need of it. Her legacy will truly live on in the memory of us all.
