This isn't normally the sort of book that I read, I've never read a spy book before, but I have read some set in the sixties.
Before I read this book I didn't know that there were two before this book, but it didn't spoil my enjoyment and didn't matter.
This book did take time to read and it was one of those that you kept having to go back to.
The characters worked well together and they were strong.
You could tell that the author had researched the swinging sixties and the life of a spy.
You could imagine yourself there and you felt that it was real.
